On the evening of November 21, the "Wukesong forum" academic lecture hosted by the Publicity Department of the University Party committee and undertaken by the law school was successfully held in the mock court on the 16th floor of Sanjiang building. The lecture was given by Jiang Haifeng, a teacher of the law school, with the theme of "civil code and protection of private rights ". Nearly 100 students of the law school participated in the lecture.

Jiang Haifeng mentioned many disputes about the independent compilation of personality rights in the drafting process of the Civil Code, and introduced the value of independent compilation of personality rights, the relationship between compilation of personality rights and tort liability, and the relationship between compilation of personality rights and other laws. Later, Mr. Jiang specifically pointed out that the compilation of personality rights involved general provisions, right of life, right of health, and right of name, etc, and described in detail seven new rules of personality rights protection represented by "establishing civil law protection of personal freedom", with emphasis on the protection of privacy rights.
